Gary Andrew - Owner of Intermountain Orient - has known the person referred to in the privacy violations since the latter was 15 years old - mentioned in the video last night.
He will most likely be aware of the circumstances and history of someone who is now 31 years old.
Unlikely to derail the deal for the reverse merger in my opinion.
I imagine we might get a statement to that effect.
