Yeah, new investors probably would panic and run. With Lee owning 85% and looking to expand, it seems more likely he will use some of those shares to take over other companies. Im assuming 34% of his shares are going to go somewhere at some point and the rest of the 51% will be locked so he can keep majority control of the company. I think the share structure as it is will be fine for right now. Lets just hope this takes off.
