If you are white and own your own business in PA y

If you are white and own your own business in PA you will not qualify for health care if you make less than 16800.00. It only effects white males republicans with pre existing conditions with their own business. So they decide who gets treatment and without God's help I would have died this year. I still qualify for the fine though for not having healthcare.
