Many well spoken words. Its easy to see that you keep on top of things and always are encouraged with Baltia's progress. As you noted there have been many obstacles in the way but Baltia just keep chugging along. The reason for that is that our management team refuses not to be successful. They replace the word 'IF' with 'WHEN'. As they said in 'Apollo 13', "Failure is not an option".
By the way, I had the honor to be on the Grumman team that worked to figure out how to get those guys home. One of those astronauts,Fred Haise, became a Vice-President at Grumman whom I got to know quite well.
