I'll absolutely agree with you. I really don't think my article was very effective either--I think the drop it caused in PTOI's share price from $1.46 down to $0.99 that day was because I pointed out the link to the SEC's fraud suit against PTOI's founder. PTOI itself didn't even disclose that its CEO and founder was being charged with fraud nor that PTOI had cooked its books, so most investors were likely unaware of the fraud at that time.

You mentioned you sold based on the article as well, even though you quickly bought back in. Is my mention of the fraud suit what convinced you to sell? Less than a month after my article, all the longs must have decided both my article and the fraud suit weren't convincing and PTOI's price recovered up to as high as $2.00.

I'll fully agree with you--I don't think I've been able to convince many people to sell. Investors are set in their ways and their loyalty and allegiance to their investment is usually fierce. I do think that investors should pay close attention to PTOI's dishonesty and factor that in more heavily when they decide to trust PTOI with their hard-earned money. I don't think investors give the negative effects of corruption and fraud enough weight--it should make investors run from a company, not circle the wagons and defend the company.
