"Do you think they'll come in unaffected from the

the short answer is"yes". but i am not talking about the regular traders/investors that are seasoned pros. there are around 40 dealers or so moving the brand. lets assume half of those are doing very well and really moving product and seeing the brand resonate. they have "inside" information WITHOUT being an insider. most of these are probably NOT traditional stock investors but if they decide to increase their 100K position (that comes with the dealership) how much would they spend and do you think they will be concerned about a stop sign on the OTC site..? lets say each of these 20 dealers (for now) sees the company doing $5-10MM on SMS side just by what they are doing and talking among themselves.if they each decide to buy $5K of additional stock which is around 20% or less of their original investment in the dealership - that is 2-3MM shares each or 40-60MM shares at todays price.
we already know investors on this board have a considerable part of the 1.9-2.0BB float locked up between investors here and insiders. we are trading a couple MM shares a day. when they start scaling those numbers up and taking larger positions - they will create real demand which will flip that supply/demand curve. further - you have investors in Canada, EU, Korea that are involved in the brand. they will be buying too (as long as they dont have legal inside information).
this is the buying that comes from seeing the brand on the move and not an investment liability affected by the OTC stop sign. at a certain point, as the price slowly but steadily increases, certain fundamental technical indicators will be hit bringing in the traders and momo players that only care about volume and movement. while it will inject volatility - it will also attract a whole new wave of potential long term investors. the difference in the future spikes is these investors will already be SEEING THE BRANDS on the street/stores unlike us early investors that were basing solely on potential and past revenues (prior to PLN debacle). they will have significantly more confidence then we did early on.
so - using those as driving forces, i think it can and will rise ahead of the stop sign being lifted. however, i do agree that real, explosive growth lining up with actual revenues and future revenues will come after they become fully compliant in filing. at this point, i think most assume that will not happen until some resolution on KBM suit.
