Rationale that dilution is coming to an end these
Post# of 417
1) In November there were ~89k left to convert...most of this debt has been eliminated through conversions/thus, dilutions since then.
2) The company is profitable and does not need to lend for operating costs
3) Even if the company had some new notes issued since the last filing beginning of 1016 then conversion restrictions would apply for an extended period on time (6+ months).
4) Member ANIA77 (see IHub post #2794, Wednesday, 03/16/16) talked to CEO last week who stated that he doesn't think that (due to profitability) new lending is needed.
Thus: With revs of $2.6M in 2016 (despite an operating loss of ~500k - a paper loss due to acquisition only; see explanation in filings as well as operating gains the year before, already) the market cap should IMO rise 5-10fold in the near future (right now its a ridiculous $380k).....expecting a pps of ~ 3+ cents soon.
Share Structure:
Authorized Shares 500,000,000 a/o March 11 2016
Outstanding Shares 50,264,563 a/o March 11 2016 (with 8,439,296 shares restricted)
A fair market value of the shares, based on O/S and Revs without further debt would be in the range of 10-30 cents IMO.
