None of what you just said is true. I think you're misunderstanding. Harbin is not investing in TPAC. Harbin is a town. Harbin Aerospace doesn't appear to exist in a physical location (as far as we know). Harbin Aerospace and all its assets were acquired by TPAC in 2010. Hope that helps.
