$GLRI $0.25 bounce starting. Oil play. $0.65 just a week ago. $2.00 a few months ago.Upgraded to Strong Buy by Zacks just yesterday. Insiders bought @ $0.80-$1.00. Only 14 M float. $0.39 cash per share.
