I have a different view on share price and movement prior to settlement/resolution with KBM.
As the float continues to tighten - sellers will be selling at a higher and higher prices. Eventually those on the sidelines that are "tentative believers" will develop a sense of urgency ahead of filings. There is rather clear evidence that the brands are moving on the street. It also is apparent that they are generating cash to pay for machine development, legal proceedings, and product runs. At some point - this will start adding up to a dedicated strategy against KBM and NOT a hiding of facts from shareholders.
When this happens - there will be a dramatic inversion of supply and demand causing a run. It will happen on no news and no warning due to the float being rather locked up by those of us that continue to patiently add. When one has large, disproportionate holdings - we have no sense of urgency to establish a position and are content to scoop up cheap shares. Those on the sidelines do NOT have that luxury and will chase the ASK IN A declining supply scenario which will cause the run.
This isnt soothsaying - just market mechanics when a real company/product exists with a LOT OF doubt and apprehension.
When more and more of the products are showing up across the country snd vending machines proliferate -new investors will come in unaffected/unbiased from past issues.
