My aging memory isn't serving me as good as it use to, so I did some checking and in the many years of investing I have had 4 companies that had similar dealing with the SEC. Everyone of these companies worked it out. 3 of them in a very timely manner.
I totally agree the SEC is not the bad guys. Without them we would not be here having all this fun. I have NO dought that Barry will work with them hand in hand !!!!!!!!
