I saw what among "traders" with the clerical error

I saw what among "traders" with the clerical errors, but I did not understand it. It seems to me that a trader that can get spooked by a clerical error, which, by definition, is not material, should probably stay out of the OTC. They don't seem have the stomach for the ups and downs (and errors) common with a start up.
