None here would be surprised to see the term "deadline" used on LieHub or any other basher's forums, but the draft had no actual deadline associated with it. Also, there was no mention of posting a draft for public inspection either. They simply stated that a draft would be provided to the outside firm and that a finished document would be derived from that and submitted around the end of the month.
