Furthermore, with my limited knowledge of SEC stuff, this charge is against Barry. I don't read it being against the company.
I've seen far worse being charged against a CEO of a NASDAQ outfit, along with the CEO who was also on the BOD, they paid fines then stepped down. The company was not harmed, stock traded daily and still around.
It's not pretty, but not a deal breaker either as I see it.
