Another perspective to consider, no trading for months in a stock with a large float, with a share price of even .01 could be a good sign that share holders don't want to sell their positions. But no trading in a stock that has a large float with a share price of .0002 could be a bad sign that no one wants to buy the stock and those holding shares can't unload their position because of the low share price.
Consider that the 77 million share trading was predominantly a dump since it dropped the share price.
Couple that with McHenry's perpetual silence and DUTV failure to produce any financials in multiple quarters and I don;t find a lot to be happy about.
But that's what these boards are for, open discussion about the facts and sharing our opinions in the absence of other tangible information.
