Just like clockwork, prior to any possible good ne
Post# of 1023
If I had a dollar for every time this happens, I wouldn't need to invest.
Its funny if you look at it like this:
1. For months Nay-sayer 1 remains completely silent
2. Possible good news concerning SCIE's progress to be released in 14 days.
3. Nay-sayer 1 'randomly' starts posting reasons as to why SCIE 'wont work' and why current investors will 'lose all'.
But wait a second.. tell us again why you're posting in the first place? You didn't post for several months and suddenly, you care about our financial wellbeing by giving us reasons why we should exit our position? Who are you again? Credentials please? Lawyer? Professional investor? Millionaire?
And the funny thing is, again like clockwork, other sideliners who never posted before are going to come out of the woodwork even more as we get closer to April. And then, immediately after the 10K, they magically disappear, never to be heard from again (until the next 10Q).
The point of this post? As an investor,(in my opinion) know what you own. Sell if you want to sell. Hold if you want to hold, and buy if you want to buy. Would you ask a stranger on the street for a medical opinion? Heck no. Same thing here.
Note:
1. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Remember this? This will be released in either a PR, a SEC filing or both. Yet more good news to wait upon. Remember my post about the previous run up to .239 cents? My opinion was that the constant release of news in such a short period helped propel the PPS upward in only 14 periods. I see this as a possibility again.
2. SCIE has a distribution agreement with PENTAX.
3. SCIE is mentioned on countless websites. Unlike other stocks which have absolutely NO exposer, you could probably find a new website mentioning something about SCIE every day. Here's yet another one: http://www.sddt.com/files/Money%26Markets06-03-2015.pdf
4. Oncoscope acquisition, anyone? SCIE isn't going to buy another company when they are on the verge of going under.
5. Michael Oliver completely turned this company around. They were completely lost in the early years. Hes a great public speaker and knows what hes doing.
6. Patents, patents, and more patents. They have them!
7. I'm looking forward to a conference call. Perhaps in a couple of months.
8. My opinion (this entire post is opinion), SCIE has been working on a second product.
9. Ongoing trials as we speak. This isn't 'dead technology'.
10. WavSTAT4 in at least 5 hosiptals around the world. Distribution center in Spain.
11. FDA approved / CE Mark. You cant just duct tape a pencil to a vacuum cleaner and expect to get it FDA approved. They put a lot of time and money into getting FDA approval.
12. The list goes on and on
