Although they have been less than totally professional - like using the term "shitty" in their initial communication describing DIDG's past history, and in the content of their latest Tweet - I'm sure that they must realize that conspiracy to affect the price of a stock is a felony.
I find it hard to believe that anyone would be so stupid as to leave an audit trail of statements made to entice the investing public to purchase shares in DIDG - on the basis of them gaining control and planning a reverse merger - if those statements were false.
Although a few of the tweets have been deleted, the original links are here on this IH board - as I have posted all of them since I first spotted DIDG running up on my scanner and then discovered the involvement of Remuda and started following them on Twitter. The original tweets could be recovered forensically if necessary and many people have screenshots of them anyway to provide to the authorities.
It is also worth considering that Remuda will obviously want to get any shares they buy at the cheapest possible price - particularly if they are trying to get 50%+ to gain control that way. It is clear that they don't care who gets disadvantaged in the short term while they attempt to gain control of the company. Thereafter, provided the reverse merger is completed, DIDG would be a multi-penny stock and holders at the time will of course benefit from that. As always in the OTC market, we roll the dice and take our chances based on our own evaluation and tolerance for risk.
To put things in perspective, DIDG was a dead, no-bid stock with many bagholders who had written off their stake in it in their own mind. The move up through .0004/5 to .0008/10 then .0010>.0016 gave absolutely everyone the chance to average down, scale down their holding, flip multiple times, get out with a profit or take a partial profit and retain a stake, on huge volumes over 5 days so far.
I expect we will be in for an exciting day tomorrow. I will not necessarily be commenting on every significant price move as I have a lot of other holdings that could make a move at any time that I need to watch. But I will post any Tweets I see as I monitor those on a continual basis.
