There has been a marked change of sentiment over on iHub during the last few hours originating from a post by one person who claimed he spoke to Nevada SOS and Clerk County Court. He subsequently provided full details of those he spoke to. As a result, some are calling Remuda's part in the recent trading of DIDG a scam. There is not definitive evidence either way at present.
Remuda have not provided any rebuttal via Twitter as yet.
As a result of a few of the other claims made, I have deduced the following:
Somebody asked for proof that Remuda bought shares as high as .0014 - I took a snapshot of the "proof" Remuda provided - 2 x buy orders at a limit of .0017 for 5M and 1M - filled at .0014 at 15:50:48 & 15:51:31 on March 14.
The person who made the buys should be traceable in any subsequent investigation.
I also made a copy of all the photos of people they posted on Twitter in case that should prove useful later..
Intermountain Orient is a reputable lumber company in business since 1974 with multiple offices in Boise, Phoenix, Chino & Spokane.

Conspiracy to affect the price of a security is a felony.
If the CEO of Intermountain Orient was impersonated during the CC - case closed.
If the court documents posted were false - case closed.
If I see anything from Remuda, I will post it here.
Otherwise, if you have a position in DIDG, you might want to keep up to date with all avenues of discussion and consider various course of action prior to the open tomorrow as best fits your circumstances.
