Mr. Trump once set up some SPECIAL WORKERS who had a Special talent of making WALL PAPER out of paint. And they where Black, and he treated them like gold. So much for the race thingy. He set them up out of town with only the best ACCOMMODATIONS. And they really did fix a very expensive problem CHEAPLY! No joke.. all 265 apartments was thinking Mr Trump just spent a fortune on fixing our apartment building WALLPAPERING IT.. The building had no money for that property or it's repairs at the time. But he had a solution and found & KNEW the right people to fix it.
Flew them into town special. And they did fix all 21 stories of it. Saving the property a bundle. & my Christmas Bonus. FRED C. TRUMP was a good guy and smart business man. I enjoyed it when he came into town. He always made me feel important, And I was just a kid. It was my first job. And I started out there as the Gardner. Here is the scene. This 17 year old kid hot dirty and sweaty comes into the building to cool down. And Mr Trump is in the boiler room and said. YOU LOOK LIKE YOU NEED A BREAK, and we talked about two hours about FISHING BASEBALL BUILDINGS and LAWN CARE of all things. At the time I never knew he was worth over 50 million dollars. or the owner. He was just a super nice guy. and he bought me a drink to boot.
If you get a chance Ask Donald if he can help fix this investment for us. Should be chump change for him and a good investment after it's fixed. And he will need AMERICAN MADE Drones for his wall. It Just needs a little push & seed money. And he should make back his investment within two years. But he does need to also fix the WACKY DOODLE people working in this business & investment.
