I've been in reverse mergers and they always seem to have delays. TALK has way more going on than any I've been in in the past. Having to do the re-audits along with the merger certainly justifies the wait. On top of that they have an actual company to run! They are making some new deals as we speak.
I'll check put some time frames for other reverse mergers too.
