i call him the divert and deflect expert aka tangential expertise .. 
he'll take one line and run with it out of 3 paragraphs
he's very good at what he does ..
i always ask one basic ? of retail ..
do you spend time on any SMB where you don't have an investment
or a financial interest in the company/stock?
btw .. one of the reasons i don't post on many ihub boards .. is due to *baggage*
