I hear you, but this complaint is replete with cla

I hear you, but this complaint is replete with class action cites that Sullivan et.al. are going to have to refute vigorously (IMHO) in order to get the dismissal. I hope they truly do bring a wrecking ball to the complaint! I likewise hope they're busy beavers working on their response!
