Yes they will because all the cable companies are making the change to HDCP 2.2 if You got cable.
Samsung support told me only one wireless outfit offers HDCP 2.2

Also, the cable company in Your area may have already upgraded to this new anti-piracy HDCP 2.2 already.
That would be why You don't have the problem with the ROKU-4 like I do.
