Sorry for the noobie question. Why would a RS be bad. From my limited knowledge, the RS would reduce my share count, for example, from 10M to 5M, but the valued hasn't changed. Is that bad? I thought RS' would only occur to keep the stock "out of the cellar"... if we're already in the trips, what would be the point.
