LOL !!! There are always a few Adam Henry's trying to scare longs from posting on social media with these made up threats that no way could they know as The SEC does not release information while a case is ongoing.
Let alone tell the people they have the subpoenas ready to be delivered to the promoters, and those without address the FBI knows the IPS locations.

This shows how weak the case is. I'd really love to know what is on the HARD DRIVE.
It is customary for the SEC to give the defendants Hard Drive containing the evidence they have against the. But in this case the SEC demanded it back, admitting there was information on it that the defendants should not have seen
Of course the know it all's know exactly what is on the hard drive and nothing is incriminating against the SEC, yet can't explain why they demanded it back.
It was even said for weeks Treaty is not cooperating with the SEC by not giving the Hard Drive back, then to find out this same person posting this knew it was given back 4 months ago.
Did the previous crew do us wrong ?? I'm sure they did some of the bad things claimed. But there is more behind this then we know.
And yes TD, everyone knows Gwyn was arrested and The SEC has charged the Fab 53, and NO ONE CARES. Treaty is cooperating with the SEC and thus will allow them back trading.
But first the audits must be filed ........ When will they be ???????
