I do agree with someconcerns though that the judge does NOT want to be overruled in an appeal and they will bend over backward to give a plaintiff a day in court. I still think the evidence Sullivan/Ashcroft Firm have already presented ought to be enough to get the case dismissed, and they will undoubtedly come back firing from both barrels at this latest garbage.
