George may not realize his misuse of words which accentuates his need for a good PR person. His receptionist, maybe?

Others may disagree but I don't think GC intentionally tries to mislead anyone. But I also think he he tries to pacify stockholders with a PR that is intentionally unspecific to buy him a little more time. I do not underestimate his foxiness.
