As soon as O'Neil starts to present the ECIG developments on conferences such as the upcoming (ROTH) and to his "network" of aquaintances and previous professional contacts (such as Institutional Investors, High Net Worth Investors, Equity Research Analysts, Investment Bankers, Private Client Brokers, IR/PR Professional) half the road to attract pro-Investors from here on is traveled....resulting in pps moves toward a fair market value (currently ~$2+ IMO)
