You're talking nonsense and you know it. There IS enforcement. some Hispanics are not happy with the increased deportation rates under Obama.
There is always prioritization in law enforcement from cities on up to the Feds. Resources, manpower and money. So criminals are the priority deportees.
The agriculture and hospitality industries would be in deep sh*t if you got your way.
