The three operating concepts include:
1) The New Carlisle unit featuring the Sports Grill concept has proven to be a success and is exceeding our expectations. This location is presently achieving a revenue run rate of $1 million on an annual basis; supporting our belief that the combination of our basic pizzeria model with a Sports Grill and full-liquor bar is attractive from a consumer's viewpoint," concluded Mr. Heineman.
The Company is presently developing additional complimentary profit centers to its core retail restaurant operations, which is expected to further improve revenues, gross margins, and profitability.
