I read through it. Basically they are lawyers, what they are good at is dragging things out. They are trying every angle. Some of it is just regurgitated garbage.they are trying to paint Leo and Menon as life long schisters and this is their continued scam. They try to paint investor as retarded uninformed incapable sheep, since they only have one defendant i guess they don't think much of his intelligence! They end with basically they want to stretch this out as far as they can. The judge is going to have to wait for Sullivans response and probably take some time to sort through it. Hopefully Sullivan saved his good stuff for the response. You can tell rosen is just throwing shit against the wall hoping something will stick long enough to get a settlement. Rosen is part of this scam its really sad. Something bad will happen to the rosen scum it just can't come soon enough!
