WOW! Today's PR confirmed that the "feasibility study" shows that the Coates CSRV valve conversion system is suitable for use in small, commercial engines produced by China and that "THIS PROCESS WILL START NOW". This is presented as "rapid progress" with the Chinese industrial engines.
So, "this project can begin" and will be completed in the "near future".
But George failed to mention what the project is or when the near future will be. None the less, this news caused 15,816,378 shares to change hands today. High volume is a good sign, unless the SP goes down, which it did. That is what happens with the release of another vague PR. But, maybe it is not as vague as it seems.
When I asked George for a sign of encouragement in an email on Wednesday, he told me directly in a reply yesterday that "he is not here to encourage people. That is against the SEC rules". But it looks like that is exactly what he tried to do with this PR... without being specific to an individual.
