Thanks, Dan. Yes, I know what a form T is, but you can't actually do them in the OTC. Those are unreported "ragged" buys from during regular trading hours. MMs can hold them (sometimes millions of shares) until after hours, when they are then required to report them. The trades actually occurred during trading hours, but weren't reported until after. Thanks for correcting me about the .003 vs. .0031. I wasn't saying I thought the .003 was the close, but I didn't remember seeing that .0031 pop up just before the friendly (tiny) paint at the end of the day. Good work.
