I agree. Substantial news is the key. I tried to stabilize this a little yesterday with a small block on the flip, but it couldn't stop the big 4M dump. That's usually indicative of flippers who got caught or had to get out even (or with a tiny 5% profit). I'll have to look to see who's active and potentially hiding on the other board to see if the flipper groups have vacated. If they have, then likely this will stagnate and drift slowly down until news. That doesn't eman I don't believe int he company; it's just the way of the OTC.
