I would have to respectfully disagree with you on the 2 miles off part. I have been to 3 diff states with my Itraq and the CELL-ID has always been within a 2-4 blocks I would say, and a lot of times right where I'm at. A lot of people don't know this but CELL-ID can be tuned on the back end system and get within ft of where your at.... CELL-ID is def going to serve the purpose for commercial accounts. Geotraq will do just fine when it comes to market.
