Not how it works in my experience. The pps will continually slide down on the flips over time. I WISH it worked the way you outline, but just as it happened today, it went up, unsuspecting buyers bought, then they sold into bid until it came back down. The lower they can drive it, the greater the percentage of gain. Today was really a .003 finish if you take out the late and friendly paint job. That's why I'm experimenting with stopping flips. I don't want the pps to slide further.
