yes. I believe with or without the filings this continues to go higher. It may not surge but will gradually keep moving higher and then all the sudden you wake up and see a vast improvement in price. Someone or a group of people see value in this name that is fairly obviously. If not it would be sitting at .02 or lower. A .05 handle is far better than .02 and the stock has moved on no news over 100%.
Bottom Line: I assume at some point that the filings will be done. In the interim I believe the stock will continue trading higher. There was discussion a another board at approx .03 that it will take 500m shares to move tis to .20. so if we take that same theory it would be 250m according to the chosen one. I believe we are less than 10m to 15 million shares to .10 imho.
