MESSAGE EDITED TO INCLUDE NEW EMAIL FROM LEVY. Se
Post# of 8802
Shareholders do NOT call a company's Legal Dept.
Investor Relations is there to answer questions from the Investors as all public companies have investor relations departments to do that. That's their job. I didn't ask Levy to answer my email yesterday and the response I got from IR today contradicts what he said. Its a no brainer to me that I would ask for clarification. Especially because the filing is delinquent and accumulating penalties and fees.
If Levy or IR doesn't know the answer they need to figure it out. I was hoping they would forward the information to someone that handles it and say...hey...take care of this. But instead they chose to tell me that I was meddling in their public company.
Everyone has a right to post here though.
UPDATE:
Just as I thought. The Delaware filing is valid.

The response from ir group is correct.
UMS is a subsidiary and set up in Delaware and will remain a Delaware corp. iTalk is a Nevada corp.
There is no need to cancel UMS at Delaware as it is where it was incorporated as a corporation/
The problem is that I am on the road and replied to you as I thought you meant iTalk had to be a Delaware corp/
Sorry for the misunderstanding but our ir group is correct in their answer/
