A couple of days ago I was involved in a private back and forth with another poster you know and the quiet times just don't seem to be adding up. Our management is not lazy, our employees are creative, there are problems to be solved, we were promised new results quite recently...and its quiet.
I don't think nothing is going on. But we aren't hearing about whatever it is that is going on.
So maybe NTEK is buried in the minutia of achieving the things they said they would achieve..or maybe the bigger players want to play with bigger players???
I think we own several peices of the puzzle, but we have very little money and no ability to raise new money by simple stock issuances. If it were simple to refi our debt it would be done already, but the convertible lender hasn't converted yet.
So the issue for NTEK to answer to the big boys around us is: What can we do for you now? Isn't that always the question?
Firebird: I think we are still at the table, but it is a really big table and we risk getting lost. We bring value to the table in several ways. Do the big boys fund us or buy us. I don't presuppose that we are being stolen from. I just think that the 4K industry is figuring out the way forward.
I think that NTEK has stated what they are willing and able to do to make themselves look like an acceptable but small partner: clean up our share structure and clean up our convertibility issues.
I guarantee you that our Management doesn't want to be done. They have a lot to offer regarding disrupting and that also has value. We have Gaming, Music, online Ads, etc in front of us. I think that our value is being decided.
We will see.
