$TMSH Trading Again Possible New Owners

$TMSH has been trading recently, as in millions of shares in the couple of weeks. Did some DD and found this information. Just doing a summary here, there was a lot to read, as in a lot.
1) Lawsuit filed in 2013 - Result November 2015 Plaintiff Won (Frederick Conte) This man is currently running a $2M dollar a year Company. Guess is he takes over and puts his company in TMSH. Check out his history, a very capable high level professional from the looks of it.

2) From the time of what was the last day in Court, and before meeting minutes showed up with the Judge's final decision for Plaintiff, CEO Kent Strickler resigned August of 2015. And he also resigned from SLCXO, a Company that was racking up about $250k per month. Hmmmm, wonder if he is even in the country...
3) Doug Johnson (whoever he is) appointed himself CEO, (laughing very hard here) and committed a Fraudulent Conveyance of the Assets of the Company, meaning he pulled them out so that he did not have the assets to turn over to the debtor or have the ability to pay the debt to the debtor, August of 2015, before anything was final. Doug Johnson apparently got caught. See meeting minutes for February 25th, 2016.
4) November 2015 Judge's decision is final, Plaintiff wins and the debt owed the company can't pay, so it comes down to a forfeiture of the Company to the Plaintiff. Whups, should have left the assets in the company, (again laughing very hard here). Is there anyone home in that brain?
5) Another meeting occurred on the 25th of February of 2016, from what was stated in the meeting minutes, the Appeal was denied on the Cancellation of the Debt or to Appeal the Debt and the Debt stands for Plaintiff. Yah think? (Again laughing very hard here)
6) End result, TMSH has a new owner or owners and the word has gotten around to the savvy traders with their super stock screeners out there and started snatching up shares. Hence the last two weeks of trading.
Clearly some type of news will be coming out soon to update shareholders from the new management. Question is when and what will be stated.
At this point collect a few shares and wait and see. If anyone has any information, please post it. Thanks in advance.
