Two more emails.
FROM DAVID regarding the outstanding filing.
Upon merger italk inc remained under Nevada corporation. UMS was an LLC converted into corp in the State of Delaware prior to merge with iTalk.
However we have decided to maintain our Nevada filing.
We don’t need any help out as our legal counsel and auditors know what is the current status of the company.

They may not think they need help but the filing is outstanding and from his first email he knew nothing about it. Fees and penalties are accumulating so the filing needs to be cancelled.

Levy resigned as President and Mr Lee is the President and elected to the Board also.

Obviously he didn't understand my email because I said that LEVY needed to be removed as President and the share structure updated. He responds that LEVY resigned. I wrote back and said that was what I said initially and when will the SOS be updated for Lee and the share structure updated.
I realize my emails may have been intrusive and he feels things are being handled but obviously they are not.
