Has anyone heard from Joel? A status update on how

Has anyone heard from Joel? A status update on how things are going would be really nice right about now. He said to give us until the 31'st of this month to make the things he discussed happen. So I'm holding him to his word, I really don't have the time nor patience to go through the painstakingly complicated share transaction process that Joel put on the table - but if we get another failed commitment then he will leave me with no choice. I could put the money that I have vested here, in other investments that are actually making me money.
