Pretty sure its Levy, He told me its Lees job to run the business, its his job to make sure he has what he needs to do it. He also said all IR inquiries go thru him now, as he has had people try to push for info from the employees that are not in the position to answer correctly or answer legal matters...

Would think legal counsel would be on top of these issues, Hopefully he is on top of it, you may be right as well thou, I have no clue about this aspect of business...
