Here is an email from italk today. I informed them that the filing for UMS was delinquent as of March 3 and they need to prepare the filing and pay the fees. Below is my initial email and the response from David at iTALK and my follow up. Let me know if I am wrong on this but it appears to be pretty clear that UMS is a Delaware Corp.

”UMS was initially organized on May 11, 2010 as a limited liability company under the laws of the state of Georgia under the name United Mobile Solutions, LLC. On September 16, 2015, UMS reincorporated as a corporation under the laws of the state of Delaware under the name United Mobile Solutions Corp. “
Here is the link to the filing. Someone may want to inform the new auditor that they owe fees and the filing is now delinquent.
