Per CEN Biotech FB page: "I am pleased to announce that ALL CEN Biotech dividend shares have been successfully transferred to the respective broker dealers on February 29, 2016. If the shares are not in your brokerage account, please follow up with your broker dealer; they have them. We confirmed such with a DTCC report and through the transfer agent."
