I agree with you. I do know Matt Dwyer very well and he is going to come through here 100% Guaranteed! This man does what he says he is going to do and he has been kicking some serious ass in that department IMO.

As for the PPS going back to 0.0002, not going to happen. We will be getting Q3 financials that show a very healthy balance sheet and net income from RIGH as previously PRd.

Additionally, audited financials are getting done for 2007-2011 and I expect we will start seeing those reports very soon as well.

TA acquisition is getting done and will get done.

Brokerage acquisition is likely going to occur in Q1

S-1 will be filed when the audits are completed  for 2007-2011.

As far as the company or Matt buying back shares, he press released that and said it on a conference call so I suspect the buying back of shares is already in progress and will be done over time.
