Hmmm.....I don't know if I would refer it to lallygag , or , taking the time to get it right the first time to not have to do it again.
Either way, I personally think this will take some time to all get done, and hell, we have waited this long, and we all know it does not stop the actual business of the business , just the stock for a little while.
When things catch up, and they will, we will all be happy. JMO of course. GLTA
