Up to Christmas sales - lots of noise - ever since - no noise. And possibly the no noise phenomenon is broader than just NTEK. Maybe it includes the 4K industry. China investors are looking at buying content companies, but no decisions yet. Hisense drags its feet in its tv and its relationship with NTEK's app. the NFL's Thursday Night FB streaming attracts Apple and then Apple backs off only to bring Facebook into focus...
NTEK talks about our future and then seems to do nothing - but they have said that NTEK officers have the officers of the rest of the 4K world on speed dial. We have billion dollar companies talking to us and making deals with us.
I also agree with Zannt's recent comments about NTEK's role in 4K.
I think that there are some issues we know are true:
NTEK is active within it's budget, and NTEK's budget doesn't involve building a 30,000,000 factory. We build apps, and we have people that do it well. All they need is time and a computer.
We know that our convertible debt lender hasn't converted.
I believe that the 4K industry had to hit Christmas hard, but that they are giving themselves a quiet time to study, invest, discard, renovate, inovate and plan a profitable future.
and I haven't seen anything that would indicate that NTEK is on the outside looking in. Fuja indicated that Hisense played NTEK's promo instead of their own. The projector phone seems to be hitting stride for parts of the world that can afford phone towers but can't afford to build other infrastructure, and we are front and center.
I also don't see a lot of us selling. I know selling is useless down here, but still...
GO NTEK
