in my own translation, this means that tom and jason both left the company in a less than honorable fashion with the intent of having their own competitor company producing a similar product and in lieu of having their asses sued they returned 31 million shares of stock back to RMHB. that is just my interpretation of that PR. of course, i'm filling in blanks and connecting dots but i think that is what this PR means.
