5. Optical biopsy systems are the wave of the future
Although this is not SCIE, it shows once again Germany see's its usefulness

6. DD - Zacks Small Cap Research
Even though this is from 2012, its very important. SCIE is in the medical field, and the development of medical devices takes years. 2012 to 2016 is not a long time. For the personal investor, it feels like 'forever', which is understandable.
Notice the target price in 2012 was .30
52-Week High $0.24
52-Week Low $0.03
These prices were prior to major news on sales. If it was this high then, the PPS can go back to .24 again.

8. SCIE in spain

the reason why Simmedica is on the WavSTAT4 / PENTAX brochure is because the WavSTAT4 is probably being sold through this facility and/or this facility somehow deals with distribution, or if that's too much for you, at least this building in Spain KNOWS of the WavSTAT4!
9. Increased deployments of the WavSTAT4 system is expected in the PENTAX Medical fiscal year (April 2013 – March 2014).

Notice it says 'Increased deployments'. If deployments weren't already happening, HOYA would have said, "We will begin deployments of.."
To me, this means the WavSTAT4 has been deployed in Europe and elsewhere, for studies, for experiments, etc for several years now. And now, 2016 is the beginning of when we see everything begin to come together.
